Recover a representative draft before the deadline
A backup is not proven until Startup Operations can restore a representative protected finance file into an isolated location, authenticate, verify the version and remove test residue. Account password reset may not decrypt an archive created with a different forgotten secret.
Before the investor submission deadline, Startup Operations restores a test finance file from separately stored backup media, opens it with documented recovery material, compares its version and checksum, then cleans the isolated test area and records corrective actions.

Does not replace provider permissions, guaranteed backup, password recovery or enterprise identity management. Validate investor authorization, provider permissions, plaintext copies, retention and recovery separately.
